Subscription Terms
By subscribing to The Charity CRM, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription Period: Your subscription will continue until canceled. For monthly plans, you will be billed every month on the same day. For annual plans, you will be billed once per year.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund as described in our Refund Policy.
- Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time, but will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change affects your subscription.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 days. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment issues are resolved.
