Subscription Terms

By subscribing to The Charity CRM, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Subscription Period: Your subscription will continue until canceled. For monthly plans, you will be billed every month on the same day. For annual plans, you will be billed once per year.
  2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
  4. Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund as described in our Refund Policy.
  5. Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time, but will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change affects your subscription.
  6. Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
  7. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 days. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment issues are resolved.
